WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Payments made with Bitcoin are not eligible for refunds.
- We offer a 14 day return policy on all products excluding custom products.
- Please do not order without careful consideration, as labor cost and/or restocking fee will be charged.
- Our products are handmade and may take days or weeks to finish.
- If you are under 18 years of age, permission from parents or guardians is required before ordering grills/dental caps.
- Consult with your dentist before placing an order for dental grills and caps.
- Cleaning dental caps after each use is recommended.
- Gold caps can rarely change color due to body acid, body temperature, smoking, and drinking.
- Orders not collected will be returned and re-delivery charges will apply.
- All personal and business checks take approximately 10–15 days for processing.
- Orders via PayPal can only ship to confirmed/verified addresses.
- For unverified addresses, use alternative payment methods (Check, Wire transfer, Western Union, etc.).
- Order processing time: 24–48 hrs excluding weekends.
- International shipping costs vary by destination—contact us for exact pricing.
- Prices may change at any time without notice. Promotions are only valid during promo periods.
- No order cancellation or refund on custom products (including grillz). Only store credit applies.
- We can redo/adjust/refit grillz if the mold was the issue, but refunds are not available.
- In-stock products can be returned for credit (excluding shipping) or refund (subject to 15% restocking fee).
- Custom order deposits: $200 design fee (if design completed) or 20% cancellation fee (if canceled before design).
