Made an order it was apparently flagged for no reason but no contacted me. After a week of no update I attempted to contact them still no answer. I requested my order be canceled and then they start replying to messages i sent. It’s now week 3 and they still haven’t refunded my money. The only department that can do it won’t answer the phone or emails.
